Assign reviewers
Learn how reviewer assignment tracks accountability in the current stage.
Reviewer assignment is used to track who is accountable for evaluating the candidate in the current stage.
What assignment does
Assignment adds a person to the current-stage reviewer roster.
That roster is used to calculate review coverage.
What assignment does not do
Assignment is not the same thing as submitting an evaluation.
A reviewer only counts as completed after they submit their evaluation.
Why review coverage matters
Review coverage helps the team answer:
- who is still expected to review
- who has already submitted
- whether the stage has enough reviewer signal
