How evaluations work

Understand the current evaluations workflow for a candidate application.

This article explains the current evaluations workflow for a candidate application.

What the Evaluations tab shows

The tab is organized in three layers:

  1. the current stage plan
  2. the current evaluation summary
  3. the assigned reviewers

What the stage plan means

The top strip shows:

  • current stage
  • assigned scorecards
  • assigned assessments

This tells you what the stage expects before you review or assign anyone.

What the evaluation summary means

The summary strip shows:

  • current-stage evaluations
  • review coverage
  • latest recommendation

This helps you understand how much signal already exists without reading every evaluation first.

What review coverage means

Review coverage shows reviewer accountability for the current stage.

It is separate from the number of saved evaluations.

What happens next

From this tab, users can:

  • review current-stage expectations
  • assign reviewers
  • submit evaluations
  • review saved recommendation signals
